Event Overview

In business, as in life, our voice is one of our most valuable tools. It is the ultimate communication device. 'Sing To Win' is designed to develop the full potential of every voice. The event uses song to develop the voice because the skills needed to deliver a song are the same skills that you need to be effective on the phone, in meetings and for presentations, and singing is an extremely effective tool to bring improvement to the use of voice in business communication.

In conversation we naturally use tone and pace because we are engaged in what we're saying. With mutual support and positive feedback, participants learn how to develop this engagement and use it with great effect both in singing and public speaking. Everyone is actively involved in all aspects of the workshop. Starting with simple and effective breathing and voice exercises, everyone learns a song from scratch by imitation and demonstration.

We work on increasing voice projection and clarity and, if required, with special emphasis on spoken presentations.

‘Sing To Win' can be called in as part of your training or presentation skills day, to energize the team at the beginning of the session or have some fun at the end of a session. The difference with a singing session is that the activities relate to the working environment and skills learnt can be used by participants at work.

The Tribute Band Party

You pick a song from your favourite band or musical. Abba? Queen? Grease? You choose. We teach you a dance routine and show you how to sing the song. It's easy to learn and fun to do. It doesn't matter if you can't sing or dance, we will show you how. Perfect for shy beginners and experienced show-offs.

The Karaoke Party

We give you tips to be Karaoke Kings and get the party going. Everyone is invited to join in the fun! The evening can be preceded with a short workshop to get everyone mingling and break the ice.

Surprise Party Performances

Imagine the fun of having your staff put on a surprise performance for example "Hey Big Spender" by the accounts department at the office Christmas party. ‘Sing to Win’ Surprise Party workshops can make it happen. You choose the song or songs and we will tailor the workshop for your colleagues and help them prepare for the surprise cabaret of a lifetime!
