Creativity and Innovation
Location: Indoors - Duration: 2 to 8 hours - Participation: for groups of between 6 to 200 people.

Many groups prefer to take part in creative activities as part of their training event, meeting or conference. The activities below provide a perfect balance of team and individual creative processes. The creative outcomes can be linked with relevant event themes and business objectives.

Team Creativity - Video Serialisation
Teams will be responsible for creating and producing a short piece of video footage linked to chosen themes and styles. Each video excerpt will be one minute in duration (exactly where possible) and all of the 6 pieces should be capable of following one after the other to create an overall story piece.

The entire video sequence will be shown at the end of the event.

'Individual Creativity' - Clay Modelling
Each delegate is responsible for designing and creating a small piece in air-dry clay, which can be taken away with them at the end of the day. Although delegates will produce an individual piece they will work with a buddy to provide help assistance and feedback to one another on their chosen theme.

The model should depict the one single aspect of their lives (personal or professional). This can be a material object such as a house or car, a person or place or a feeling or mood. Alternatively it can express thoughts about the business organisation, job role or the team environment in which they operate.

'Networking Creativity' - Flipchart Collage
Each team of delegates is responsible for designing and creating a series of pictures depicting a number of conference themes or business objectives discussed at the opening address. These must build into a whole series of linking pictures and images on flipchart paper, which will then be joined together to form a large collage piece to be placed on the walls for all to see as it unfolds during the day.
